Use the preferred black badge in all marketing communications promoting your app. The gray border surrounding the black badge is part of the badge artwork and should not be modified. Whenever one or more badges for other app platforms appear in the layout, use the preferred black badge. Place the App Store badge first in the lineup of badges.
Apple provides badge artwork with the modifiers Download on the and Pre-order on the translated into regional languages. The service mark App Store always appears in English. Never translate App Store or create your own localized badge.

Apple no longer produces its own pro-level photo software, having abandoned the outstanding Aperture program years ago (it still maintains its professional video editing software Final Cut Pro in state-of-the-art condition, however). By default, white strokes or fills in Illustrator artwork are exported to the AutoCAD formats as black strokes or fills, and black strokes or fills in Illustrator are exported to the AutoCAD format as white.
Exports horizontal and vertical point type in layers (including nested layers up to five levels deep) to editable Photoshop type. Deselect this option to rasterize the text instead if it affects the appearance of the artwork.

This project started out as a simple tool for using the iTunes Search API to download 600x600px artwork for TV shows. However, it became a lot more popular than I expected and requests were made to add movie and iBook artwork. I've added these in addition to incorporating album artwork and app icons from the App Store.
I've included two links at the top of each piece of artwork; standard resolution and high resolution. The standard resolution will generally be 600x600px and is the size that is displayed inline. The high resolution can be anything; I've found instances of movie artwork at 1600x2400px and TV shows up to 2400x2400px. However, the high resolution does not always work, particularly for iBooks, Movies, and Albums (albums are now working thanks to a tip from John Leustek). It seems to depend on the country and studio involved but you generally need a special key to get that high res artwork and you can only get that key by purchasing something from iTunes (and then it only lasts a short while). With app icons, there is only one artwork link which will give you a 1024x1024px file; just click on the app icon.
IMPORTANT: This website gets artwork directly from iTunes. If the film / TV show you are looking for is not available on iTunes (i.e. it's a film that hasn't been released yet or is a network exclusive like a Netflix show) then you won't find it here.
